As the creator of Tailored Tales, Kirsten Friedericksen has lavished her attention not just on the delightful stories and their beautiful illustrations, but also the very paper they’re printed on.

Kirsten’s search for materials of superb quality has taken her far and wide. She uses genuine book binding materials imported from Europe that are extra strong, scuff resistant, fully recyclable, elemental chlorine free and that meet with European environmental standards.

Tailored Tales have hard covers and cardboard pages – resistant to even the most eager little hands – and the artwork is printed on beautifully textured paper.
